We all have our ups and downs. We all give up on different events or times in our lives for some reason or another.
This blog has me thinking about why and how people give up on themselves on a daily basis. Give up on exercise, family life, social events, work, happiness, health, movement etc. Of late I have met with clients whose partners have “given up”. If the dinner is not cooked they will not eat. One man eats biscuits for his breakfast? We all have individual and different upbringings, I get that.
But how can people get so down in themselves to give up on themselves? Their family members are left to give up all they have. Their time, patience, love, sanity, spare time, social life, happiness and life! If you have given up then consider your loved ones who have not. Work with them rather than against!
Life will be a lot easier for everyone.
