The site of pain is rarely the actual cause, this is usually symptomatic of problems in another location. My clients include sports coaches and people suffering from long term chronic pain. I have spent the last number of years following a long-term goal and graduated from the world renowned KMI in Maine USA. Back problems, slipped discs and other related issues are common ailments I deal with.
In the brain there is a motor control centre, where all movement patterns are coordinated, so to move, messages are sent from the control centre via the spine and to the muscles where movement then takes place. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different, structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body. Freeing a specific nerve or artery up so that it can glide more freely, or providing a very specific, slow, and gentle stretch for part of the neural or vascular network, can hugely improve muscle function, liberate movement, and realign joints. Injury, inhibition, bad posture to compensate and adapt sets in after foot injuries, along with poor movement this becomes a lifetime habit, with a downward spiral eventually leading to pain. By testing and retesting muscles in relation to each other, we learn which muscles are chronically tight to brace for weaker and inhibited muscles.
It's hard to go wrong with an expert, you're in safe hands. It takes on average three to five visits to fix most problems, but chronic habits can take a bit longer.
Over the last 14 years I've watched my husband become more and more imobile. He has had 2 motorcycle crashes. The first about 25 years ago, damaged his right tibia (shin) going up into his knee. The 2nd about 14 years ago resulted in a compound, comunuted fracture of his left femur (thigh bone) and his right tibia and fibula being crushed. So for the last 14 years he has had one leg shorter than the other. He has slowly become less mobile. His spine slowly adapted to his leg shortness. He began to seize up. In September 2016 I heard about Ronnie. In October 2016 we went to see him.
We spent almost 2 hours with Ronnie one Saturday morning. It was an eye opener. Ronnie showed my husband how to move. How to get into a position that allowed his body to remember how it should be, not how it was. Ronnie showed him how to move without pain.
It's now May 2017 and he is still moving, without pain. He did what he was told. He does his exercises. He heals himself under the guidance of Ronnie. The human body is amazing and Ronnie is an amazing guide.
