Annaghdown Pain Relief

Pain Relief Annaghdown

I have also looked after elderly people and those with severe muscular injuries. Pain is often not the problem but rather a signal, to resolve your pain, the actual source needs to be found, which is sometimes distant to the site of pain. I have spent the last number of years following a long-term goal and graduated from the world renowned KMI in Maine USA. My clients include sports coaches and people suffering from long term chronic pain.

I treat fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck, knee and back pain, sports injuries, muscle injuries and joint problems. Anatomy in Motion is an amazing assessment and correction protocol for gait (walking) analysis and foot function. Muscle testing is an excellent modality in rehabilitation and manual therapy because it not only identifies the cause of pain and dysfunction, but also corrects it very quickly and painlessly. Freeing a specific nerve or artery up so that it can glide more freely, or providing a very specific, slow, and gentle stretch for part of the neural or vascular network, can hugely improve muscle function, liberate movement, and realign joints. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different,  structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body.

Please come dressed in athletic wear, t-shirts and shorts are ideal. It's hard to go wrong with an expert, you're in safe hands.

Having known Ronnie through sport for a number of years I decided to give him a call and have a chat about his work as I had a number of on going injuries. 6 months later I made an appointment and travelled to see him about my glutes and lower back which had been causing me huge problems for around 20 years. It proved to be a great decision.Ronnie asked a lot of questions, looked at how I was moving, caused me no pain and gave me the tools to make the difference. I'm improving everyday, definitely a massive improvement in a short space of time.
